Cancellation terms

Ordinary bookings

Free cancellation until 4 hours before arrival. Use the link in your confirmation email, or call +47 22 84 60 00.

Large parties and deposits

For larger parties we may ask for a deposit when you book. The deposit is deducted from your final bill.

• Cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full.
• Cancelled later, or not arriving: the deposit is retained as compensation for the lost covers.

No-shows

Not arriving without cancelling is recorded. After repeated occurrences we may ask for a phone confirmation or a deposit for your next booking.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, we always refund the deposit in full and offer you a new date.
