Ordering
Your order is binding once you receive the confirmation. Dishes occasionally sell out; if that happens we contact you before we start cooking.
Collection
Collect at Thorvald Meyers gate 33, 0555 Oslo at the agreed time. Food not collected within 30 minutes of the agreed time may be discarded for food safety reasons.
Payment
Pay on collection, or online at the time of ordering where that is available.
Right of withdrawal
Under section 22(d) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, food prepared to order is exempt from the right of withdrawal. An order therefore cannot be withdrawn once the kitchen has started preparing it. Contact us immediately if anything is wrong with your food and we will put it right.
Allergens
Allergens are marked on the menu. Our kitchen handles allergens in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
